🕒 Schedule

You must be available Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Tentative shifts within that window include:

• 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Schedules are assigned by the operation based on business needs and are not available for individual selection.

🎧 What you’ll do

You’ll handle inbound calls from customers in Texas, providing support, guidance on service options, renewals, and enrollments.

The main focus of the role is customer service. You may also support sales when a customer is interested, but this is not a retention role or an aggressive sales position.

🔎 What we’re looking for

• C1 English level required

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn

• Availability to work on-site

• Experience in customer service, BPO, or call center environments is a plus, but not required

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply if they have excellent English and a strong attitude

• Students may be considered if they have evening classes after 5:00 p.m.
